Sound bowl healing is a practice that uses different frequencies to create sounds that vibrate throughout your body. These frequencies / Hz guide you into a meditative and restorative state. The sound frequencies can produce a shift of energy, clear blockages, relax the mind and body, and assist in the release of expired energy and emotions.
Group sound healing sessions at COSME are facilitated by certified healers Lisa Warman and Adina Diaz.
