Midlife Healing Retreat
How to thrive while setting the stage for the 2nd half of your life
April 25-27, 2025 at COSME in Tucson, Arizona
with Lisa Warman (owner of COSME) and Anje Sommer (of Brooklyn Astrology)
During this retreat we will use different healing modalities such as sound bath, yoga, meditation and lots of astrological wisdom in order to heal, shift and learn about the transformative midlife cycles everyone is experiencing between age 35 and 45. We will listen to each other stories, support each other and uplevel together. Healing work in a group setting is very powerful.

ANJE SOMMER
Antje Sommer is a professional astrologer with international clientele, based in Brooklyn, NY. Antje combines modern astrology and grounded guidance in order to help her clients thrive and take important life decisions.
Being an enthusiastic world traveller (4 planets in Sagittarius / Uranus, Pluto, North Node in 9th house) and having lived in different countries around the globe (Germany, France, Australia, UK & US), one focus of her work has been on AstroCartoGraphy. She passed the A*C*G* certificate of Kepler College (part 1&2) and is passioned about helping clients understanding their AstroCartoGraphy map in order to take important locational decisions.
LISA WARMAN
Lisa Warman is a professional astrologer, tarot reader and educator, sound therapist, and certified energetic healer and coach. She is the founder of COSME Astrology and host of the COSME Astrology podcast.
Lisa works 1:1 with clients. She also works with nationally recognized corporations and executive teams using astrology for strategic planning, team building, and development.
Lisa serves on the Steering Committee board for the Tucson Astrologers’ Guild (TAG) and is a member of the Organization for Professional Astrologers and International Society for Astrological Research. She is the Resident Astrologer at The Joshua Tree House Posada in Tucson, Arizona.
